You can find Rustagi Surgical Private Limited at 21, Dsidc Complex on Mata Sundri Road in Central Delhi. Being in a Dsidc complex means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses, all packed in together. It’s a very central location, which is handy for logistics, but it also means the streets are always crowded with rickshaws and delivery trucks. Our office and warehouse space is fairly utilitarian. We have metal shelving units reaching up to the ceiling, filled with all kinds of surgical instruments and supplies. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you don't know where things are kept. We spend a lot of our day packing boxes and checking invoices to make sure everything is headed to the right hospital or clinic. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary work. The air in the complex can be a bit stuffy, especially in the summer months, so we keep the fans on high. We’ve been part of this business community for a while now and know most of the other owners in the block. We don’t go in for big mission statements or polished brochures. We just show up, handle the inventory, and make sure the orders go out as promised. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to stay late to clear it, but that’s just how it goes in a small business in Delhi. It's just us doing our bit every day for our customers.
