Ruby Tuesday

Our place is located at U-61 on Mother Dairy Road in Shakarpur. If you know Delhi, you know this part of the city is always moving and always loud. We are right there in the middle of it all. At Ruby Tuesday, we focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running like it should every day. It’s not a quiet job by any means. There is always the sound of pans clanking or someone shouting an order back to the cooks. We’ve got the 110092 zip code stamped on all our mail and invoices. The building itself is just a regular structure on a very busy road. We get a lot of people stopping by because of the Mother Dairy nearby, which is a big landmark for us. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the area well and can navigate the streets. We don't have a big corporate office feel; it’s more like a neighborhood kitchen that happens to be part of a bigger name. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting ready for the next rush of customers. Sometimes the food deliveries are late because of the traffic on the bridge, but we manage somehow. We aren't here to give you some big sales pitch. We just open up, cook the food, and hope the day goes by without any major problems. It’s honest work.
