Ruby Tuesday

Our place, Ruby Tuesday, is located right at house number 200 in Kotla Mubarakpur. If you know Delhi at all, you know how these streets can be. They are busy, narrow, and always full of life. We have been set up in this spot for a bit, and it has really become our second home. It is not one of those massive, shiny restaurants you see in the big shopping malls. It is more of a local spot where the surroundings are familiar to everyone who lives nearby. We spend most of our time making sure the food is ready and the tables are kept clean. It can get pretty hectic during the lunch rush, and sometimes the kitchen feels a bit small for all of us, but we make it work. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the neighborhood and the people well. We do not spend money on big advertisements or fancy neon signs. Most people find us just by walking past the door or hearing about us from a neighbor. It is a bit noisy outside with the constant traffic, but once we are inside, we just focus on the cooking. Dealing with the daily supply of ingredients and the heat of the city is just part of the job. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to serve a decent meal to anyone who stops by. It is honest work and we like being part of the community.
