Ruby Tuesday

We are located at C-3/219 in Lodhi Colony, which is one of the more iconic parts of New Delhi with all the gardens and the old architecture. It’s a nice place to be based. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the restaurant business from here. It’s not a big fancy office; it’s actually quite modest. We spend a lot of time looking at supply lists, menus, and staff schedules. Lodhi Colony has a very specific feel to it—calm and green, which is a nice break from the more hectic parts of the city. We have a few rooms here where we keep all our records and files. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We aren't really the type to have big meetings or corporate presentations. We mostly just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done for the next week. Sometimes we get distracted by the parrots in the trees outside or the people walking through the colony. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the block number. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work environment. We focus on the details of the food and the service from here, even if we aren't in the kitchen ourselves. It’s just a group of us working in a historic part of town.
