Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday is located at H.No.-318 in Sant Nagar, right near East of Kailash. We aren't one of those big restaurants you find in the shopping malls with the loud music and expensive lights. Our place is in a regular building on a busy street. It is a bit small inside, and the kitchen takes up a good chunk of the space. We’ve been here for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we keep the place as clean as we can. Sant Nagar is a very crowded area and parking is always a struggle, so most of our customers are people who live or work nearby and walk over. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. We just cook the things we know how to make. It’s just a few of us working here, so sometimes when it’s busy, things take a little longer. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy social media page. We just rely on people liking the food and coming back. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to send someone to the local market quickly. That’s just part of life here. It’s a very basic and honest way of running a business. We are just regular people in East of Kailash trying to serve decent meals every day without any big pretensions or corporate rules.
