Ruby Tuesday

We don't have a big fancy office building with a street name that people recognize easily. Mostly, we just operate through these two phone numbers, 9312007688 and 9891211907. It’s a bit of a different way to do things, but it works for what Ruby Tuesday is. Someone is usually holding one of those phones at all times of the day. We might be at home, or out running errands, or sitting in a small room somewhere in the city. When the phone rings, we answer it. That is basically our headquarters. It’s been this way for a while now. We don’t have a front desk or a lobby for people to sit in. If you need us, you just dial. It gets a bit hectic when both lines ring at the same time, and sometimes the reception isn't great if we are in a basement or on the move. We spend a lot of time just talking and taking notes on scraps of paper. It’s a very direct way to run a business. No receptionists or complicated menus to go through. Just us picking up and seeing what needs to be done. It might seem a bit disorganized to some people, but we know our system. We keep the chargers handy and make sure the volume is up so we don't miss anything important. It's just a couple of people and two phone lines that keep everything moving for us every single day and that is how we like it.
