Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday is located at R-3/12 in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. Being in UP, things feel a little different than they do in the main parts of Delhi. Our spot is in a residential and commercial mix, and it’s been here for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular structure on a regular street. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of people working in the office and others handling the food side of things. There’s usually a lot of activity in the mornings when we’re getting everything ready for the day. It can get quite loud with the sound of dishes and people talking. We don’t really go in for any of that polished corporate talk. We’re just a bunch of local folks working together. Some of the chairs are a bit wobbly and the floor has some scuffs, but it’s a comfortable place to be. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. In the afternoons, when it’s a bit slower, we might sit around and talk about the local cricket scores or the news in Ghaziabad. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We just focus on doing our jobs and making sure everything is handled properly without any unnecessary drama. That’s just how we do things here in Raj Nagar, keeping it simple and real every day.
