Ruby Tuesday

This place is located at 180, Bhai Permanand Colony, right here in Delhi. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a bit. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main road in the colony. Inside, it’s just us doing the daily chores that come with running a spot like this. We spend a lot of time setting things up and making sure the floors are clean before people start showing up. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We have a kitchen that gets really hot during the rush hours, and the staff is always moving around trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or we run out of napkins, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a working restaurant. We have our regulars who come in and we know their names, which is nice. The furniture is getting a bit old and we have to fix a wobbly table every now and then. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for people to come and have a meal in 110009. It gets pretty loud on the weekends when families come in, but that’s the way we like it. We’re just a local crew trying to keep the kitchen running and the customers satisfied without any extra drama. It's hard work but it's what we do every day.
