Ruby Tuesday

Our place is located at F-17 in Vijaynagar, right here in the Delhi-9 area. It’s a popular spot for people to come and grab a meal, especially with all the students and families living around here. I’ve been working here for a while, and the vibe is always pretty lively. We aren't one of those super fancy restaurants where you have to dress up just to get a table. It’s more of a casual place where you can just show up and eat. The kitchen stays pretty busy, and you can always hear the plates clattering and the chefs shouting orders back and forth. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables, taking orders, and making sure the food gets out while it's still hot. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients or the music is a bit too loud for some folks, but we just fix it and keep going. The building itself is just a regular storefront in a crowded street. We know a lot of the regulars by name because they come in every week. It feels more like a community spot than a big chain restaurant sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. When the lunch rush hits, it gets a bit chaotic, but we usually manage to get everyone fed and happy. It’s just how things go in this busy part of Delhi.
