Ruby Tuesday.

We are working out of 157, Chand Nagar, which is right near Tilak Nagar in New Delhi -18. This is where the Ruby Tuesday team handles the local business. It’s a lively area, and being near Tilak Nagar means there is always something going on. Our office at 157 is just a simple space. We don't have flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, dealing with the daily grind of the restaurant business. We have to keep track of supplies, staff schedules, and all the little details that people don't see when they are eating. Chand Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the main market areas, which is nice. We get to know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we are in a boardroom. It’s just everyday English here. Sometimes we have meetings about new menu items or how to fix a leaky pipe. It is all part of the job. We drink a lot of water because it gets so hot in this part of Delhi. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but it's a good kind of tired. We've been at this address for a bit and it feels like the right place for us. Just a bunch of regular people working for Ruby Tuesday.
