Ruby Tuesday

We are based at B-961 in the Krishna G part of Sangam Vihar. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always moving and full of people. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, focusing on our food business. It’s a busy spot, and the street outside is never quiet. We spend our shifts in the kitchen or handling the front counter. It’s not a fancy setup with expensive furniture. We have what we need to get the meals ready and that’s about it. The walls have some scuffs and the floor gets worn down from all the walking, but we keep it clean. We see a lot of regular customers from the 110062 zip code. They know us and we know them. We don't have a big corporate marketing team. It’s just us making sure the ingredients are fresh and the orders go out on time. Sometimes we run out of something or the delivery is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We like the energy of Sangam Vihar. It’s a real place with real people. We don't talk about being the best; we just try to do a good job every day. Most of our staff lives nearby. We talk about local news while we work. It’s a simple life. We just want to serve decent food to our neighbors and keep the business going.
