Ruby Tuesday (Us Based Food Chain)

We're over here in Baljeet Nagar, right by Mandir Marg. It's a bit of a crowded area in Patel Nagar, but we like it here. This spot is where we handle a lot of the food side of things for the chain. It’s a bit different being part of a big US brand but working out of this local spot. The kitchen gets really hot, especially during the Delhi summer months. We spend most of our time making sure the ingredients are right and the orders go out on time. It’s a lot of work, honestly. People think it’s easy because of the name, but it takes a lot of effort every single shift to keep things moving. We’ve got a small crew here and some of the guys have been here since we first opened this location. We see a lot of delivery drivers coming through the gate all day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space at T-554/D. Sometimes we have to fix the plumbing or paint a wall ourselves, just like any other local place. It’s busy, and there’s always noise from the street outside. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making mistakes. It’s just us doing our jobs every day. No big speeches or fancy corporate talk, just food and keeping the place clean. If you walk past Mandir Marg, you’ll probably see our sign. It's just simple day-to-day business for us.
