Our place is over in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, specifically at House No. 256/3 in Sector-16. It might seem a bit unusual to have a name like Ruby Tuesday Saudi Arabia based here in U.P., but this is where we handle the back-end stuff. We’re not a restaurant you can walk into and order a burger here; it’s more about the management and coordination side of things. The office is in a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small team sitting in Ghaziabad working on things that keep the business running elsewhere. We spend our days on emails and looking at spreadsheets. Sometimes we talk to the teams overseas to see how things are going on the floor. It’s a lot of coordination. The house we work out of is comfortable, and we’ve made it our own over the years. We usually have lunch together and chat about what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon. We just try to get the tasks done before the day ends. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this part of Ghaziabad for a while and like the local feel. It’s just a normal office where people work hard and go home to their families. We aren't looking to be famous, just trying to keep the operations running smoothly every day for the brand.
