We've been here in Vasant Kunj for a while now. Most people know the spot by the address D6-6147/3. It’s just a place where we get the food ready and make sure everyone has a seat when they come in. Working at Ruby Tuesday under Rtc Restaurants India Ltd means there is always something to do, whether it's checking the kitchen or talking to the folks who walk in from New Delhi. It isn't a fancy office setup or anything like that. We mostly focus on the day-to-day stuff that keeps a restaurant going. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook with questions and other times it’s just us catching up on the never-ending paperwork. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the right part of Vasant Kunj. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run like they’re supposed to every day. I started here a bit ago and it’s been steady for me. We see a lot of regulars who live nearby. It gets busy during the lunch rush, which is expected. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a working kitchen so things get used. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and handle the tasks as they come.
