We are the management office for Ruby Tuesday India, and you can find us at 176 Karishma Apartments in I.P Extension. The company name on the documents is M/S RTC Restaurant India Ltd. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment complex, but it’s been our home for a while. This is where we handle all the corporate tasks and the accounts for the restaurants. It’s not a restaurant itself, so there are no tables or menus here. Instead, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of paper. I.P Extension is a busy area with a lot of people living nearby. Our office is quite lived-in and can get a bit messy when we are really busy with new projects. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number. The staff here is a small group and we’ve all been working together at this location for a good while. It’s a very practical space and it gets the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the neighbors or the traffic outside, but we don’t mind it much. We just focus on the daily administrative work and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s a very honest, straightforward place to work. We are just regular people doing the back-end work that keeps the restaurants going from this little corner of Delhi every single day.
