Ruby Tuesday, which is a unit of Rtc Restaurants Limited, is managed out of our office at Flat No.A-84B, Block - F, Sector-22 in Noida. Since we are in an apartment block, it feels very different from being in the actual restaurants. We don't have any of the mood lighting or the music here, just desks and a lot of billing statements. It is where we do all the boring but necessary work like checking the inventory lists and making sure the staff schedules are sorted out. Sector-22 is a pretty standard part of Noida and we have been in this block for a while. The office gets a bit cramped when we have all the managers in for a meeting, but we make it work. We have a small fridge for our lunch and a microwave that has seen better days. It is a lot of phone calls back and forth to the restaurant floors and dealing with suppliers who are late with their deliveries. We don't have any flashy signs on the door, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right flat. It is a busy environment but in a quiet, administrative kind of way. We usually stay until the evening to make sure the daily reports are finished. It is just the way we run the restaurant business from the back end without any of the extra fluff.
