Rtcrestaurants(I) Ltd(Ruby Tuesday)

Our office is tucked away in Malviya Nagar, over at Khirki Extension. It’s in J 2/14, and if you’re looking for us, you’ll probably have to ask around a bit because the lanes can be confusing. We handle the restaurant side of things from here. It's not a big glitzy office, just a practical space where we manage the paperwork and the day-to-day operations. Mr. Gopal Rai is who you'd usually look for if you have a specific delivery or a document to drop off. It gets pretty hectic around lunchtime even though we aren't the kitchen itself. There's always someone on the phone or typing away at a desk. We deal with the supply chains and the staff schedules and all those little details that keep the lights on. It’s mostly just files and computers and a lot of tea drinking to stay awake. The area is quite crowded and parking can be a real headache, so most of us just take the metro or a rickshaw to get to work. We’ve been based in this New Delhi spot for a while now. It feels like a second home to some of us because of the long hours we put in. We don’t do any flashy advertising from this desk; we just make sure the back-end stuff is running like it should. It’s a bit noisy outside with the local traffic and the street vendors, but we’re used to it. We keep our heads down and get the job done.
