Rtc Restaurants (I) Ltd. operates out of B-148 in Lajpat Nagar 1, New Delhi. This is where we handle the business side of the food industry. It’s not a kitchen where you can order a meal, but rather an office where the planning and management happen. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking at spreadsheets. Lajpat Nagar 1 is a pretty crowded spot, so there’s always a lot of energy around the building. Our office at B-148 is where we keep all the records and do the boring stuff that keeps the restaurants running. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but it feels like a real workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just need a place to work and this fits the bill. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just have to wait it out. It’s a very normal office life here. We’ve been based in this part of New Delhi for quite a while. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is in order. If you’re looking for us, B-148 is the spot. It’s a practical home for Rtc Restaurants and we’re happy to be here. We don't have a view of the park, just the building across the street, but it's okay for us. We've got a small fridge for our lunch.
