You’ll find us on the 3rd floor of J-4/75 A in Khirki Extension, right in the heart of Malviya Nagar. Being a logistics company, we spend most of our time thinking about trucks, routes, and how to get things from point A to point B. The office is always full of clipboards and maps, and there is usually someone arguing about a delivery time or a broken-down vehicle. Khirki Extension is a bit of a maze, but we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some sturdy furniture and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and see us working. RTC Logistics is basically a group of people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty to make sure a shipment arrives. The 3rd-floor walk-up keeps us fit, though it’s not much fun in the Delhi summer when the heat is trapped in the stairwell. We’ve had some tough days when things don't go as planned, but that’s just the nature of the transport business. We don't use big words or make empty promises. If we say we are going to move something, we do our best to get it done. It is a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy job, but it is what we know how to do best here in Malviya Nagar.
