You can find us at C-13 in the Hil Township, which is part of New Moti Nagar here in New Delhi. The township is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but once you find the C block, we are right there. The office is set up in a way that feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have several rooms dedicated to different tasks, with people mostly sitting at their desks focused on the screens. It’s an outsourcing setup, so there is always a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. We handle a variety of tasks that come in from different places. The lighting isn't perfect, and the furniture is just what was available when we moved in. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces, and the shelves are full of old binders that we probably should have cleared out years ago. New Moti Nagar is a decent area, quite central, so it’s easy for the staff to get here by bus or metro. We don't really have a lobby for visitors, just a door that leads straight into the main workspace. It’s noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but that is just part of the daily routine. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a place where we do our work.
