Rsjan D S Buildtech Private Ltd. operates out of House No-A-21, Poket-00 in Sector-2, Awantika. We’ve been in this part of Rohini, Delhi-110085 for some time now. It’s a quiet enough pocket of the neighborhood, mostly residential buildings around us. Being based in House No-A-21 means we’re right in the middle of the community. People often walk by and see us working on various project plans or talking to contractors. Buildtech sounds like a big word, but it's really just us managing construction and site details from our small office space. We don't have a reception desk or a uniform. It is more about getting the job done right. Sector-2 is a decent place to be located because everything is accessible. Some days it gets noisy with the local traffic, but that is just part of living and working in Delhi. We spend a lot of time looking over drawings and making sure the supplies are coming in. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle the projects we have in front of us. Most of our neighbors know what we do. It’s a very local feel. We started in Awantika because it’s where we live too. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out like everyone else. It’s just how things go. We stay busy with the day-to-day stuff and don't worry about being fancy.
