Rpo Worldwide An Igate Group

We are based out of Flat 427 in Block A of the DDA Multistorey Flats in Sector-18B, Dwarka. Rpo Worldwide is part of the iGate Group, and we use this residential office setup for our daily operations in New Delhi. It is a typical DDA building, so the elevators are sometimes slow and you always hear the neighbors' kids playing in the corridors. Inside the flat, we have turned the rooms into working spaces with desks and laptops everywhere. We do a lot of recruitment and hiring work from here, which means we spend a huge amount of time on the phone or on video calls. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Dwarka is a huge place, but Sector 18 is a decent spot with good connectivity. We have been here for a while now, and the routine of the office is pretty set. We get our morning tea from the vendor downstairs and then dive into the lists of candidates we need to talk to. It is not the most glamorous corporate office, but it serves its purpose well. There is something about working out of a flat that makes the whole team feel a bit more like a family. We just focus on finding the right people for the roles we are given and keeping our database updated. It is practical and gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss.
