Rpm Max Restro & Bar

Rpm Max Restro & Bar is located at C-104 in the Staff Quarters of the Ashok Hotel. This is over in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110021. It is a bit of an unusual spot since we are within the hotel staff quarters area, but it works for us. Chanakyapuri is a very grand part of the city with all the embassies around, but our corner is more down-to-earth. We focus on the restaurant and bar side of things. The space is not huge, but we have enough room for our regulars and the people who work nearby to come in. It is a simple setup without too much fuss. We spend our days getting the kitchen ready and making sure the bar is stocked up. It is hard work and the hours can be long, especially in the evenings when things pick up. We do not have a big marketing team; we just open the doors and let the food and drinks speak for themselves. The staff here is like a small family. Most of us have been around since the start. We handle the cooking, the serving, and the cleaning ourselves. It is not a polished corporate restaurant. It feels more like a local hangout where you know the person behind the counter. We just want people to have a place to sit and relax for a bit. It is a busy life, but we like being part of the community here. (256 words)
