Rpg Cellucom is based in Nathupur, Gurgaon, at House Number 29. We are right near the DLF Phase III area, so we see a lot of the big corporate world just a stone's throw away. But Nathupur itself is more like a village that got swallowed by the city. It’s a mix of old houses and new shops. We deal with mobile phones and related stuff. It’s a busy trade because everyone has a phone these days and something is always breaking or needing an upgrade. Our shop isn't very big, and it can get quite hot in the summer because the AC struggles to keep up with the heat outside. We have customers coming in all day long, some just to ask a quick question and others who want to look at every phone we have. I spend most of my time behind the counter. My hands are usually busy with sim cards or cleaning screens. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just open the doors in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. Sometimes we stay open late if someone needs help with their phone urgently. Gurgaon is a fast place, but here in Nathupur, things feel a bit more grounded. We know the local guys and we try to treat everyone fairly. It’s just a normal business in a normal neighborhood. We don't ask for much, just a bit of regular work to keep the lights on.
