We are based in the Roshnara Building, specifically at 30A in Shakti Nagar. It’s an old part of Delhi, 110007, and you can feel that history in the walls. R.P Singh is the name we use. The building has that classic look, with high ceilings and heavy doors. It’s not like the new steel and glass towers in Gurgaon. Here, things move at a slightly different pace. We spend our mornings checking through the files and making sure everything is in order. The street outside is always humming with rickshaws and vendors. Sometimes the noise comes right through the glass, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office isn't very large, but it’s ours. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is pretty much the most important piece of equipment we own. People who come to visit often remark on the character of the place. It feels honest. We don’t have a digital check-in system or a fancy lobby. If you want to see us, you just walk up the stairs and knock. We try to keep things organized, even if the shelves look a bit crowded. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now and know all the shopkeepers nearby. It’s just a regular office where we do our daily jobs without making any fuss.
