We’ve been sitting here in Street No 7 for a while now. Royalee India Tours And Travels is basically just a few of us working out of this spot in Madhu Vihar. Dwarka is a big area but this street is where we handle things. Usually, someone is on the phone talking about bus timings or car rentals. It gets a bit noisy outside when the market picks up. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a map on the wall that's getting a bit old. People come by asking about train tickets or how to get to the airport without spending too much. Most days are spent checking schedules on the computer. It’s not always smooth, sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait. We know the roads around here pretty well. It’s a small office but we keep it tidy. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall nearby while we figure out a route for someone going to Jaipur or Agra. We just try to get the bookings done right so people don't have trouble later on. It’s mostly about keeping track of which driver is where. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We just keep doing what we do every morning from this corner of New Delhi. It’s simple work, really.
