Royal World Travel is tucked away in the Kidwai Nagar Central Market. If you know the market, you know it can get pretty packed especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We spend our days here talking to folks about where they want to go. The office isn't very big but we make it work for what we do. Usually, there’s a pile of papers on the desk and the phone is ringing quite a bit. We don't have a big corporate team, just us here in the market. It feels more like a community spot sometimes because we see the same people walking past every day. We handle bookings and give advice on routes when people ask us. It gets a bit noisy outside with the shoppers and the vendors but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for some time and the walls have some old maps on them. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break. Mostly it’s just work. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. Kidwai Nagar has a certain vibe and we are glad to be a part of it. When someone comes in, we just pull up a chair and start looking at the screen to see what’s available. It’s simple and we like it that way. No big speeches, just travel stuff.
