We are based out of 101 A in Kilokri. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main city markets, which suits us just fine. The office is really just one main room where we have our computers and a small table for visitors. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know where to find us. We mostly focus on helping people get their travel documents and tickets sorted. It isn't a flashy operation; it’s more about the day-to-day grind of making phone calls and sending emails. Sometimes the office feels a bit cold in the winter, so we have a small heater tucked under one of the desks. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people travel. There’s usually some music playing quietly in the background, and we spend a lot of time just chatting with people who stop by. We aren’t part of some big chain or corporation. It’s just us running things our own way. The paperwork can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, especially when there are a lot of bookings at once, but we just chip away at it. Kilokri is our home base, and 101 A is where you’ll find one of us most days of the week. It’s a humble place, but it works for us and the people we help. We keep a pot of coffee going to stay sharp during the long afternoons.
