Royal Holiday Tours

Royal Holiday Tours is located in Connaught Place, specifically at Shop No 6 in the Ndmc Market. CP is the heart of the city, so it’s always full of people and cars. Our shop is small, tucked away from the main glamour of the big showrooms. We like it that way because it feels more personal. We’ve spent years at this address, watching the city change around us. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out holiday details for people who walk in. We don’t do those glossy brochures you see in big malls. We just have our notes and our experience. Some people come in while they are out for lunch, others come specifically to see us because a friend told them we were okay to deal with. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, but we’ve got a system that works for us. The Ndmc Market has its own charm, and being at Shop No 6 feels right. We don’t use fancy sales tactics or try to push people into things they don't need. We just listen to what they want for their trip and see if we can make it happen. It’s straightforward work for us. We’re just regular people running a travel shop in a very busy part of town. No fluff, just tickets.
