Royal Castle Grand. We are tucked away in the Railway Colony at Sarai Phoos, near Tis Hazari. The address is T-58A. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned area, and the building has its own quirks. You can hear the trains sometimes, which some people don't like, but we've gotten used to it. It’s a local place through and through. We spend our mornings cleaning up and making sure everything is ready for whoever is coming by. It’s not a shiny, glass-fronted building. It’s more of a solid, lived-in kind of place. We handle things ourselves mostly. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a leaky tap or a lightbulb that’s gone out. We don’t have a big staff in uniforms. It’s just us, usually wearing whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Guests come in and we show them where things are. There’s no big grand entrance, just a door that stays open most of the day. We like the neighborhood because it feels like real Delhi. There are small shops all around us and the market isn't far. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they need a place to stay near the station or they know someone who stayed here before. It’s a simple setup and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We just provide a spot to rest while people pass through town.
