We’ve been tucked away here on the first floor in Sher Singh Bazar for a while now. If you know the Kotla Mubarakpur area, you know how busy Gurudura Road gets, especially during the afternoons. Our office is right at H.No.1736/2, and honestly, the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend most of our days dealing with Royal Carribean Int. bookings and sorting out all the paperwork that comes with travel. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and answer the phones. Sometimes the noise from the market downstairs drifts up, but we just get on with things. People walk in looking for cruise information, and we try to find the right papers for them. The desk is usually covered in brochures and printed itineraries. We’ve got a small team here in South Ext-1, and we’ve mostly figured out how to manage the workload without making it too complicated. It’s just a regular workplace in a very busy part of New Delhi. We don’t have a big lobby, but there’s enough room to sit down if someone needs to talk through their trip. It's just how things are run around here, keeping it simple and focusing on getting the bookings right for whoever walks through the door.
