Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, India - Tirun Travel Marketing

Our office is in Karol Bagh, which is a very busy part of New Delhi. We are located at 12A/10 on the first floor of Khuranakunj in the W.E.A area. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of markets and people everywhere. At Tirun Travel Marketing, we handle the Royal Caribbean Cruises side of things for India. Even though we are dealing with big ships and far-away oceans, our office feels very local. We have maps on the walls and plenty of travel papers spread across the desks. People come in to ask about trips or to sort out their bookings for a cruise holiday. It is a lot of talking on the phone and checking schedules on the screens. Karol Bagh can be noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the travel plans. We are not a huge team, just some people who know a lot about how cruises work. We have been in Khuranakunj for a long time and we like the location because it is easy for clients to visit us. There is always someone making tea or checking a flight connection for a traveler. It is not a shiny, glass-walled corporate headquarters. It is a functional office where we get things done. We just want to help people get on their ships and have a good time without making things too complicated for them or for us as a staff.
