We are located at 167/A in Sarai Julena. If you know where the Escort Heart Hospital is, we are right near there. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, 110025. This place is called Royal Bank Of Scotland. It sounds very formal but inside it is just us working away on our tasks. The traffic around the hospital is always something else. You hear sirens and horns all day long through the glass. We have big windows but we usually keep the blinds down because the afternoon sun hits hard. There are a lot of files and binders everywhere you look. It is not exactly what you see in the bank commercials. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep going. Sometimes the AC acts up and it gets a bit warm in the late afternoons. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital numbers. It can get a bit repetitive, but it is what we do. People come in from the neighborhood, often looking a bit stressed because of the hospital situation nearby. We try to be quick with their requests. The floor is that grey tile that always looks a bit dusty no matter how much the cleaner mops it. We have a few plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes, so they look a bit sad. It is just a regular office life in a very crowded part of the city. We have been here for a good while now and we know the rhythms of the street.
