Our office is located at 4L Cpt Qart on Alipur Road in Kolkata. It is not a very big space, just a few desks and a lot of travel brochures piled up. We have been helping people with their trips for some time now. We handle flight bookings and tours, mostly. Kolkata is a busy city, and Alipur Road can get quite noisy with the traffic outside. We just sit here and talk to customers about where they want to go. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, which can be annoying. We don’t have a fancy reception area. People just walk in, sit down, and we look at the computer screens together. Most of our clients are people who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and where they like to travel. It’s a straightforward job. We deal with passports and visas too, which involves a lot of paperwork. The office is usually a bit messy because of all the files. We try to keep things organized, but it’s hard when it’s busy. We are just a local travel company trying to do our work properly.
