Our office is tucked away in Noida, specifically at Flat No. 4863 in Alok Vihar, Sector 50. It is a residential plot, so it doesn't look like a typical car rental place with a big lot full of vehicles. We mostly use the space here to coordinate our drivers and manage the bookings over the phone. Plot No. F-4 is easy enough to find once you get into Sector 50, though the building numbers can be a little confusing for first-timers. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent rides in the city. My cousin helped me set up the first few desks, and we’ve been here ever since. The area is quite green, which is a nice change from the dusty roads in other parts of U.P. We don't have any shiny posters or a big marketing team. It’s just us, some logbooks, and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit by the window until it comes back on. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit hectic when everyone wants a car at the same time on a Friday. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local business trying to make sure people get where they are going without too much trouble.
