Routes Car Rentals (I) Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been over here at Krishna Kunj Colony in Laxminagar for a while now. Running a car rental place in Delhi is a lot of work, mostly because the traffic is always a mess and the roads are never empty. We started Routes Car Rentals (I) Pvt. Ltd because we figured people just need a decent way to get around without too much hassle. It’s a busy spot here at 47-B, but we manage. My cousin and I mostly handle the bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea or just chat about the news. We’ve got a few different cars sitting out front or in the back alley. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. People come in looking for a ride for a wedding or maybe just to get to the airport on time. We try to keep the cars clean, though the Delhi dust makes that a constant battle. You learn a lot about people when they’re in a hurry to get somewhere. Some are chatty, some just want to grab the keys and go. We’re just regular folks trying to make the business work in this part of town. If you walk past the colony gates, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there long enough that the paint is starting to peel a little at the edges, but we’re still here every morning by nine.
