Round The Clock Ltd(Ruby Tuesday)

Round The Clock Ltd, or Ruby Tuesday as most people know it here in New Delhi, is basically where we spend most of our lives. It’s a busy place. We’ve got folks coming in at all hours looking for a decent meal and a place to sit for a while. The kitchen usually smells like grilled onions and whatever else is on the fire that day. Sometimes it gets really loud when the lunch crowd hits, and we’re all just running around trying to make sure everyone gets their order. It isn't some fancy corporate setup inside the walls; it’s mostly just us trying to keep things moving. We’ve been at this for a bit now. There are days when the fridge acts up or we run out of something small, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how it goes in the city. You see the same faces after a while, which is nice. Some people come in every Tuesday, others just happen to be passing through New Delhi and need a spot to rest. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start prepping for whoever walks in next. It’s a job, but it’s a good one, and the team here is like family because we’re stuck together through the rushes and the slow times alike. It is honest work and we like it.
