Roop Resorts(Jim Corbett)

Our office for Roop Resorts is located on the second floor of a building on Masjid Road in the Jangpura area of New Delhi. It’s number 71, so you have to head up the stairs to find us. While the actual resort is out in Jim Corbett, this is where we handle a lot of the paperwork and the bookings for people who want to head out of the city for a break. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a bit, and it’s a typical city office setup with desks, some files, and a lot of phone calls going back and forth. Most days involve talking to guests about their travel dates or explaining how to get to the property from the station. It gets a bit crowded in here sometimes when we have a few people visiting at once, but we manage. The staff here knows the Jim Corbett area well, even though we are sitting in the middle of Delhi’s heat and noise. We just sit here and do the coordination work, making sure the rooms are ready and the schedules are right. It’s not a very large team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to filing receipts. Jangpura is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening outside the window while we work on the resort bookings. It can be a lot of juggling, but we like the pace of the city while helping people get away.
