Down in Patel Nagar, Konch, you’ll find us. Roop Hotels & Resort isn't some massive skyscraper, it’s just our place where people come to stay. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area, and we like it that way. When people come through Konch, they sometimes need a place to rest, and that’s why we’re here. We do the cleaning, we fix the beds, and we make sure there is water in the taps for everyone. It’s not like those fancy places you see in movies, but it’s comfortable and it’s ours. The staff here are mostly locals who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big handbook of rules, we just try to be decent to whoever walks through the door. Patel Nagar is a familiar place to us, and we try to keep our grounds looking okay. Sometimes the paint peels a bit or a door squeaks, but we fix it when we can. We aren't part of some big international chain. We’re just a local business trying to make a living and give people a decent room. We spend our days making sure things are tidy and ready for the next guest. It’s a simple life running a hotel in a place like this. We don't ask for much, just that people have a good night's sleep before they move on with their journey.
