Rodeo

Our place, Rodeo, is tucked away in Sector 11 of Pratap Vihar in Ghaziabad. We are at F-277A, and it’s a fairly busy neighborhood. Most of our day is spent handling the usual tasks that come with running a spot like this. It’s not a very large building, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. The streets outside are usually full of people and the sound of rickshaws. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working here together for quite some time. We don't have any big corporate rules or anything like that. We just show up and get the work done. The heat in Uttar Pradesh can be tough during the summer months, but we have some fans to keep us going. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure we have enough stock for the day. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because the roads are narrow around here. We just deal with it as it happens. We don't do much in terms of promotion. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a decent place to work. We try to keep the front area clean, though the dust from the road makes it a constant chore. It’s just a normal, local business. We keep the doors open and the lights on for whoever needs us.
