Robus India

Robus India is located in Building Number 15 on the second floor of the Oberoi Compound. This is in the Dilshad Garden area. Being on the second floor means we are always carrying things up and down the stairs, which keeps us fit I suppose. The compound itself is a mix of different businesses, so there is always a lot of activity and different smells and sounds around us. We work with printing and packaging machines. Our space is filled with heavy metal frames and crates of spare parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Dilshad Garden is quite a crowded neighborhood, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get deliveries in and out through the narrow gates of the compound. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We are just a team that knows how these machines work and how to fix them when they don't. The office part is just a few desks squeezed into a corner. We spend most of our time out with the equipment anyway. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, and the ceiling fans don't always do the trick. We just get on with the job and try to help our customers get their production lines moving again. It’s a busy, somewhat messy environment, but it is how we’ve always operated. We like the local feel of the Oberoi Compound.
