Our office is in Dwarka at the SFS Flats in Sector 9, specifically Pocket-1, Apartment 259. Working out of a residential apartment gives Rkhs a very different feel than a normal business district. We are right in the heart of Dwarka, which is a well-planned area but still feels very much like a community. The apartment is on an upper floor, so we get a decent view of the other blocks and the parking lots below. We use the main living area as our primary workspace, and it’s filled with computers and filing cabinets. Since we are in an SFS flat, we have to be mindful of the other residents in the building. We try not to make too much noise, but the office can get lively when we are trying to coordinate our hospitality services. It’s a lot of management work, checking on different sites and making sure our staff at various locations are doing okay. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign outside. Most of our communication happens over the phone or through the internet. We usually take a break in the afternoon to walk down to the local market for a snack. It’s a comfortable way to work, and being in Sector 9 makes it easy to get around this part of New Delhi when we need to.
