The office is tucked away at 1168 in Maruti Vihar, which is over in Chakkarpur, Gurgaon. If you’ve spent any time in Gurgaon, you know how fast things move around here. But Maruti Vihar has a bit of a steadier feel to it. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got the usual office setup with computers and some chairs for visitors. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so the AC is usually running full tilt from morning until we lock up. We handle a variety of administrative tasks and support services at Rkhs. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls throughout the day. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate look you see in the Cyber City area. We’re more of a practical outfit. The staff knows the local spots to grab a quick bite during lunch. Sometimes we have to deal with the power cuts that happen, but we just work around it. People in the neighborhood know the building. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a fixture of the street. It’s a lot of routine work, checking data, and making sure everything is lined up for the next day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about being here at the desk and getting through the pile of work that needs finishing. That’s the reality of life for us in this part of Gurgaon.
