R.K.&Associates

R.K.&Associates is located on the first floor of building 366 in Indira Vihar. We are situated very close to the Kingsway Camp area in Delhi. This part of town is usually buzzing with students and lots of activity. Being on the first floor is quite convenient because we don’t have to deal with too many stairs. The office itself is fairly basic. We have some sturdy wooden desks and a few metal cabinets for all the files we have to keep. It gets a bit dusty because there always seems to be some road work happening nearby, but we just wipe it down and carry on. Indira Vihar has a very local, friendly feel to it. We often hear the calls of the street vendors through our open window. It is just a few of us working here every day. We handle various tasks for people who walk in off the street. There is no large sign on the building, just a small nameplate by the door. We drink quite a bit of coffee to stay alert in the afternoons. The space can feel a bit small when we have several visitors at once, but we manage just fine. It feels like a real neighborhood business. We have been in this spot for several years and know many of the neighbors. We just focus on getting the work done and helping whoever needs it. It’s not a fancy life, but it is our routine.
