We are based at B-35 on Street Number 1 in Ganga Vihar. Our work is a bit specific because we handle the catering management for the Rajdhani Express. If you’ve ever eaten on that train, there is a chance our team had something to do with it. The office in Ganga Vihar is where we organize the menus and manage the staff who are actually on the trains. It’s a lot of logistical work, like checking food supplies and making sure the kitchen teams have everything they need before the train leaves the station. The area around Street Number 1 is pretty traditional and can be quite busy in the mornings. We have a lot of people coming in to check their shift schedules or to pick up supplies. It smells like spices and tea in our office most of the time because we are always testing things out. We don't really have a lot of corporate structure here. It is more about getting the job done and making sure the passengers are fed on time. The hours can be a bit strange since trains run at all times of the day and night. We have a few desks and a lot of clipboards. It’s a hardworking place where we just focus on the food and the service on the rails.
