Our office is on the second floor of R-189, right on Street Number 8 in Ramesh Park. It’s in Laxmi Nagar, which is a pretty crowded part of Delhi. You have to climb some narrow stairs to get to us, but once you’re here, it’s just a normal workspace. We have desks piled with papers and maps. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we know the area well. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the details of travel and tours. We spend most of our day on the computer or talking to people about their plans. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s just us in a room, trying to get things right. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people talking, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot, but we have a couple of fans going to keep us cool. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. We’ve helped a lot of people from this little spot in Ramesh Park. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy from morning till night. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in the middle of Laxmi Nagar. We don't have fancy brochures or anything, just real people working hard at their desks every day.
