Riya Travel Tour I Pvt Ltd is based out of A-384 on Krishana Street. If you have ever been to Ram Nagar in Pahar Ganj, you know how busy it gets there. It is a loud, energetic part of New Delhi and we are right in the middle of all that noise. Our office is very simple. We have a couple of older computers and a lot of maps and travel brochures lying around. People come in asking about train tickets or flights all the time. Pahar Ganj has many travelers passing through every day, so we see a lot of different faces from everywhere. Some days the phones just do not stop ringing. We try to keep up with all the bookings and requests as they come in. It is not a corporate office with glass walls; it is just a room on a busy street. We have been at this Krishna Street address for many years now. The front door sticks a little when it is raining. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do here. We just help people get where they need to go. Sometimes the internet goes very slow and we have to wait, which is quite frustrating for everyone. We usually have a bit of music playing in the background to drown out the traffic noise from outside. It is a small team here. We all do a bit of everything to keep it going.
