Riya Travel & Tours

So we are located in the Shah Ganj Nakhas area, specifically at number 18 in Chowk, Lucknow. Being in U.P. means things move at a certain pace and Chowk is always full of life. Riya Travel & Tours has been around this part of town for a bit now. We handle travel stuff and tours, mostly just helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. It’s a small office and we don't have anything too flashy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking schedules for buses or trains. Lucknow is a city with a lot of history and being in Shah Ganj puts us right in the thick of things. You can hear the noise from the market all day. We just sit here and talk to customers who walk in from the street. Some want to go far away and others just need a ticket to the next town over. It’s pretty straightforward work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local travel spot in Nakhas where you can get your plans sorted without much fuss. The walls are a bit plain and we keep a lot of paper around for records. It gets hot in the summer but we have a fan going. That's pretty much the daily life for us here at the shop in Chowk. There is a tea seller nearby who keeps us caffeinated through the long afternoons.
