Our travel agency is based in the Shakti Apartments in Sector 9, Rohini, in Delhi. It is a local office where we help people figure out their travel plans, whether they are going across the country or just a few states over. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, looking for flights that don't cost a fortune and hotels that are actually decent. Delhi is a hectic place, and planning a trip can be stressful, so we try to take that off people’s hands. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know which airlines are reliable and which ones usually have delays. The office is pretty small and filled with files and old travel magazines, but it works for us. A lot of our customers are people who live in the same apartment complex or nearby in Rohini. We don't use any fancy travel agent talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and try to make it happen within their budget. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, and we have to spend hours fixing them, but that is just part of the job.
