Ritco Travels

We are Ritco Travels and you can find us at D-7/225 in Chatterpur Pahari. It is a bit of a climb to get up here, hence the "Pahari" part of the name, but it is a good spot in New Delhi. We spend most of our time looking at maps and bus schedules or booking tickets for people who need to get somewhere. Travel is one of those things that sounds like a lot of fun, but the planning part is really just a lot of logistics and timing. We have got a small office with a couple of computers that are getting a bit old now, but they still work fine for what we need. There are usually a few posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the marks on the paint. We have been in Chatterpur for a while. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of movement. People are always coming and going. We do not have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. Most of our clients are people from the area or friends of friends who heard about us. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. We do not have to worry about big corporate stuff. We just focus on getting people from point A to point B without too many headaches. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things on the phone, but we manage.
